How can I help?

As a Death Doula and End of Life servant, I can wear many hats. However, my main focus is to provide a non-medical spiritual and emotional support role for the dying and their family during all of the stages of death. My work as meditation teacher allows me to actively listen with a compassionate ear and always reorient towards the heart; to hold space. I am deeply honored to sit by the bedside of a person who is dying, hold their hands, and share these last precious moments of life into the great rite of passage of death.

“In working with those who are dying, I offer another human being a spacious environment with my mind in which they can die as they need to die. I have no right to define how another person should die. I’m just there to help them transition, however they need to do it.” - Ram Dass, my teacher & mentor.

I’ve trained and continue to train with many leaders in end of life care movement and also volunteer for hospice regularly. When possible, I travel to Kolkata, India and work with the sisters at the Missionaries of Charity carrying on the work of Mother Teresa caring for the destitute and the dying  This work has been an incredible privilege to carry on and I am deeply honored to be a part of it.

Many people choose to sit with me after a loved one has passed. Together we will walk through grief. We can craft a plan that involves meditation/breathing/movement techniques, connect with deep heartfelt listening, and build some action blocks for you.

Schedule a time to talk

If you made it here, we should talk. Let’s set up a short 15 minute call to see how I can help support you.
